If you’re a social media marketer, then we know you’re a busy human.
Between managing stakeholders, predicting results, and keeping on top of what your competitors are doing, staying on top of the game is tough. But monitoring metrics doesn’t have to add more to your plate!
Zavy can make those monthly numbers work for you, instead of the other way around.
We keep things simple, but simple doesn’t have to mean basic – let us make your social media goals easy to understand and to execute on. Our users love having a tool that tells you how content performs and resonates across various channels and compared to competitors.
Now - Zavy is supercharging content and competitor analysis on social media with two new features in beta that you won’t want to miss.
Monitoring how your competitors are performing on social media is key to having an edge. You get an insight into what’s working and what’s not and find the gap to reach the audience you’re fighting for. Zavy already provides aggregated and channel-specific views on what your competitors or any other brands are up to, but because we’re obsessed with giving you snackable insights that can be actually used, our new Posts functionality is going to do a lot more of what our users already love.
Not only will you be able to continue to track your competitors’ performance across channels, but Zavy users will also benefit from a new content analysis feature that visualises all your posts and competitor posts in one spot, filtered by post objectives – to compare at a visual, strategic level and at a metrics level.
You’ll be able to see your competitors’ social media posts, separated by channel, and match their performance against yours using an objective of your choice at a glance: clicks, Zavy score, or any run-of-the-mill digital KPI.
The Posts tool will show you the sentiment of each individual post made by you or a competitor, and our savvy AI will work behind the scenes to spit out three concise trend insights after analysing the content.
This way, you’ll get the lowdown on what’s hot and what’s not in your chosen industry, all on one handy dashboard. This feature says goodbye to the manual time it takes to compare posts with competitors against the metrics that matter.
Now you know what your competitors are doing, how does that compare to what you’re doing, based on your investment?
Our new Competitor Strategy tool makes all the behind-the-scenes data as visual as possible. We know that social media marketers spend forever looking at data, and sometimes it can be hard to see how your budget is making an impact against the wider market.
Our Competitor Strategy will analyse and compare the channels that you and your competitors are using and visualise the themes that make the most impact on performance. You’ll then be able to see, side-by-side, how you’re doing on those same channels and themes, with the bonus of information about your brand’s investment.
Zavy and competitor analysis go hand in hand; you’ll know this if you’ve used Zavy Score or any one of our benchmarking tools. Our goal with these new features is to give users an instant bird’s eye view of their competitors’ social media strategy and content and to help them analyse why certain content performs well across certain channels. This will help cut time lost in experimenting and head-scratching to instead focus on building your brand, making your impact, and growing your audience.
